Job summary

OneOncology in Orange, California is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our oncology physician practice. You will support clinical and administrative teams and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate has leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with prior supervision in a medical setting; oncology or hematology experience preferred. The role reports to leadership and offers a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred in healthcare administration or related field
• Three+ years in medical office management, healthcare operations, or related supervisory role
• Oncology or hematology practice experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical office workflows, insurance processes, and healthcare compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in EHR systems and standard office apps

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient service
• Supervise, train, and support administrative and front-office staff
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily assignments to support practice operations
• Monitor patient scheduling, registration, check-in, and check-out processes
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security compliance
• Assist with monitoring operational performance and process improvements
• Support revenue cycle activities including insurance verification and billing coordination
• Monitor office supplies, equipment, and resources
• Address patient concerns professionally and promptly
• Prepare operational reports for leadership regarding staffing and performance
• Support organizational initiatives and policy implementation
