Bachelor’s or higher in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Experience leading imaging/clinical operations and staff supervision.
Knowledge of EMR systems, imaging workflows, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily imaging center operations, including clinical workflows and patient flow.
Supervise imaging technologists, clinical staff, and administrative personnel.
Monitor staffing, scheduling, wait times, and equipment utilization.
Ensure compliance with licensing, credentialing, radiation safety, and QA requirements.
Collaborate with physicians and leadership to resolve issues and improve care.
Oversee EMR, imaging, and scheduling systems; coordinate maintenance and upgrades.
Prepare performance metrics and operational reports for improvement.
