Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field or at least 2 years of healthcare experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Minimum of 2 years medical office management experience. Knowledge and experience with an EHR system.
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and adept with PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assists with operational issues.
• Regularly performs practice assessments with improvement recommendations communicated with office manager and physicians.
• Collaborates with the Quality Team in ensuring new staff receive initial training, assuming full responsibility for ongoing support, training, and goal setting.
• Manages customer service programs and initiatives
• Assists with new business development.
• Uses data to provide benchmarks used in goal setting.
