The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of back-office healthcare experience and required certifications such as BCLS, CMA-AAMA or NCMA-NCTT, with graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (CAAHEP/ABHES) or Nursing Assistant program required.
• 3 years of back office experience in a healthcare setting required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required.
• CMA-AAMA certification: from AAMA upon hire required or NCMA-NCTT upon hire required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and oversee the daily activities of specified clinical employees.
• Maintain sufficient clinical staffing levels for the day-to-day operation of the practice.
• Ensure adequate medical supplies are available to run the day-to-day operation.
