Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking high‑performing undergraduate students for the North America Operations Undergraduate Summer Internship. The program focuses on leadership development, challenging assignments, and structured feedback to build critical business and clinical insight.

The 10–12 week internship offers collaboration across Strategic Customer Group, Scientific Affairs, and Patient Engagement, with exposure to cross‑functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship (H1B not required).
• Enrolled full-time undergrad entering sophomore or junior year.
• By start date, completed at least two college semesters.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Ability to relocate to Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA if needed.
• Passion for improving healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering insights to shape strategy for complex business issues with exposure to leaders and cross-functional partners.
