Johnson & Johnson is seeking MBA talent for its 2027 Innovative Medicine Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Summer Internship. The program develops leaders through challenging assignments, training, feedback, and coaching, with the goal of shaping a future in healthcare strategy and operations.

You will deliver insights to influence strategy, work with commercial leaders, and gain exposure across matrix partners.

Formación

• MBA student in accredited program with anticipated graduation by 2028.
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking in business contexts.
• Experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver insights to shape strategy for complex business issues with exposure to commercial leaders and matrix partners.
• Demonstrate understanding of critical issues, decision-making, and project management.
• Leverage problem solving, organization, and communication to support goals.
• Drive innovation and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
• Gain exposure to US In-Line Brand Marketing, Strategic Customer Group and Patient Engagement within the Commercial organization.
