Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is offering a North America Operations Undergraduate Summer Internship for high-performing students. The program emphasizes leadership through challenging assignments, training, clear objectives, feedback, and coaching.

The 10–12 week internship develops leadership, technical and communication skills by integrating into the Innovative Medicine Operations team across multiple groups and sites in the U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Full-time undergraduate student; entering sophomore or junior year at start of internship.
• By start date, at least two college semesters completed.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during internship.
• Ability to relocate to Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA; candidate preference considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights and recommendations to shape strategy for complex business issues with exposure to leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrate understanding of critical issues, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Leverage problem-solving, organizational, communication and analytical skills.
