Job summary

The COO oversees multiple departments, ensures accreditation readiness, drives performance improvements, and enhances engagement with medical staff, employees, and the community.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in senior healthcare leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to lead change and drive performance in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and effective day-to-day operation of the hospital in dyad partnership with the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Drive patient safety, quality outcomes, service excellence, and financial performance across the Triple Aim.
• Oversee multiple departments, ensure accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Engage and align medical staff, employees, and community partners with organizational goals.
