Job summary

ProMedica Physicians seeks a Director of Operations to provide fiscal and strategic direction, mentor managers, and maximize operational potential across sites. You will work with the VP of Operations and VP of Finance to develop and maintain the annual budget and monitor financial reports.

You will visit various ProMedica sites to review efficiency of operations and customer/patient service and identify ways to improve. This role demands strong leadership and healthcare operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
• 5 years of supervisory and administrative experience.
• Master's Degree in Business preferred; 5 years supervisory and administrative experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations for ProMedica Physicians, providing fiscal and strategic direction and mentoring managers to maximize operational potential.
• Collaborate with Vice Presidents to develop and maintain the annual budget and monitor financial reports.
• Visit ProMedica sites to review operational efficiency and patient service and identify opportunities for improvement.

Education
