Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
• 5 years of supervisory and administrative experience.
• Master’s Degree in Business (preferred).
• 5 years of supervisory and administrative experience in health care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide fiscal and strategic direction in collaboration with VP of Operations and VP of Finance.
• Develop and mentor managers and support their work to maximize operational potential.
• Visit ProMedica sites to review efficiency of operations and patient services and identify improvements.
• Develop and maintain the annual budget and monitor financial reports and operational changes.
