Job summary

ProMedica Physician Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to provide fiscal and strategic leadership across hospital and outpatient sites.

You will mentor managers, collaborate with VP of Operations and VP of Finance to shape the annual budget, and monitor financial performance while driving operational improvements to enhance patient care. The role requires a strong track record in healthcare administration, 5 years of supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree with an option for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
• 5 years of supervisory and administrative experience.
• Master’s Degree in Business (preferred).
• 5 years of supervisory and administrative experience in health care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide fiscal and strategic direction in collaboration with VP of Operations and VP of Finance.
• Develop and mentor managers and support their work to maximize operational potential.
