Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Operations to provide strategic operational leadership for clinics, the contact center, referral management, and patient-facing services. The role partners with the SVP of Operations to translate strategy into consistent execution across care settings.

The Senior Director will standardize operational processes, improve patient and team member experiences, and drive data-informed decision-making while maintaining regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of practice management experience preferred; or Bachelor’s with 7+ years in clinical/primary care setting
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in practice management/administration
• Management experience in CMHC and/or FQHC preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions supporting clinics, contact center, referrals, and patient-facing services
• Translate organizational strategy into consistent operational execution across care settings
• Standardize healthcare operational processes and improve service delivery
• Monitor performance and support sustainable growth while ensuring regulatory compliance
