Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Outpatient Care (MD/DO required) to guide the strategic direction of our integrated outpatient services across nine clinic sites in Central Indiana. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and steward the One Aspire initiative to break down barriers to care.

Qualifications

• Education: MD/DO degree required.
• Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical experience with leadership experience in programmatic integration of physical and behavioral health.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license in Indiana or ability to obtain prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to promote Aspire’s whole-person integrated strategy.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee outpatient care operations including primary care, psychiatry, behavioral health, addiction medicine, pharmacy, and specialty services.
• Innovation & Growth: Develop new outpatient service lines in response to community needs and organizational goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Model collaboration across mental, physical health and social support services.
