Job summary

Rothman Orthopaedics is seeking a full-time Healthcare Operations Data Analyst in Center City Philadelphia. The role is hybrid, requiring two days onsite weekly, and will develop dashboards and perform operational analyses to drive improvements in patient access and provider productivity.

You will partner with operational leaders and the Data Science team to translate business needs into data solutions, publish actionable reports, and document strategic analyses for stake holders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, statistics, or healthcare administration.
• 2–3 years in healthcare analytics, BI, or operations analytics.
• Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills; able to handle complex data.

Responsibilities

• Publish and present reports, updates and recommendations to drive operational decisions.
• Collaborate with ancillary and operational teams to fulfil reporting needs.
• Act as liaison between ancillary departments and data science to ensure data precision.

Rothman Orthopaedics is looking to hire a full time Healthcare Operations Data Analyst based in our Center City Philadelphia office! This is a hybrid position that requires two days a week onsite.Job Summary:The Healthcare Operations Data Analyst partners with operational leaders across ancillary and clinical departments to identify opportunities, measure key performance index, and drive operational improvement through analytics. The role will develop meaningful dashboards, performs operational analyses, translates business needs into data solutions, and provides actionable recommendations that improve patient access, provider productivity, and organizational efficiency.Essential Duties:The Data Analyst role will work closely with the Data Science team, Ancillary team, Office managers and other stakeholders to support operational reporting and analysis needsPublish and/or present meaningful reports, updates and recommendations that will drive operational decision-making to stake holdersCollaborate with the ancillary team to comprehend reporting requirements and devise strategies to fulfill any unmet needsActing as a liaison between ancillary department and data science team within the enterprise to ensure and maintain data precisionCreate concise documentation to detail strategic solutions and analysesConduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as neededMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration or related quantitative field2-3 Years experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics or related analytical roleProficient in data analysis and interpretation, showcasing strong analytical abilities.Ability to work with complex data with strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.Advanced Excel skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Healthcare industriesExperience in Tableau or PowerBIExperience in SQL, Python/R or similar programming languageFamiliarity with healthcare dataOur Commitment to Employees:Come work at Rothman Orthopaedics!
