Job summary

NorthShore University HealthSystem in Evanston, IL seeks a Departmental Business Analyst to optimize departmental data, processes, and workflows. You will work with leaders to gather and analyze information, build dashboards, and present insights to improve operations and patient care.

The role focuses on data quality, KPI tracking, and actionable recommendations, with full-time hours Monday–Friday in an on-site setting at 8:00a–4:30p.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or business administration is required.
• Admin assistant or project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data on departmental operations and KPIs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leaders.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across records and billing.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve workflow and care quality.
