Job summary

UW Medicine is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Department of Analytics for Quality, Population Health and Value. You will develop and maintain data reporting solutions, collaborating with clinicians, IT, and analytics teams to improve data quality and drive informed decisions.

The role is a hybrid opportunity (one day onsite per week) with 100% FTE, core hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. US-based professionals considered for a competitive salary range of $102,000 to $142,980

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and BI/reporting tools.
• Healthcare data knowledge and ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides data programming and analytics for physician and system leadership reporting.
• Utilizes SQL, SSRS/SSIS to deliver high-quality dashboards and reporting.
• Designs and maintains BI/reporting objects using industry best practices.
• Develops, cleanses, prepares, validates, and distributes reports from multiple data sources.
• Ensures timely and accurate reporting aligned with requirements.
