Endeavor Health seeks a Departmental Business Analyst to analyze and optimize departmental data, processes, and workflows in Evanston, IL. You will collaborate with leaders, gather data, and deliver insights to improve operational efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on departmental operations and KPIs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of patient records, billing data and related sources.
• Maintain data quality standards and data integrity across systems.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve workflow and reduce costs.
• Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to departmental strategies and objectives.
• Develop training materials and guidance for staff on new processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and changes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Generate and submit required departmental reports.
