Responsibilities

• Works with Ops and Client Services to complete forms for credentialing, payroll, HR, and legal to ensure timely provider contracts
• Coordinates with Practice Manager to ensure timeliness of new provider contracts
• Assists Medical Director with department staff meeting agendas and minutes
• Supports credentialing with data collection and expediting provider processing
• Processes payroll for providers and implements Kronos rules and pay codes
• Maintains provider files incl. OPPE, CME, and performance data
• Publishes schedules and assists in coverage for urgent staffing needs
