Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Operations Specialist to support hospital and clinic operations across Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. This role focuses on workforce support, systems applications, analytics, and enterprise improvement, partnering across departments to drive sustainable change.

You will implement assessment findings, monitor performance drivers, and support action plans with analytics tools like Power BI, Excel, and Visio. Travel up to 40% within Mercy footprint may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business Admin or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory or leadership experience with systems applications and/or analytics.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the Comprehensive Assessment findings.
• Performing in and supporting key performance drivers of the operational strategy.
• Supporting Improvement Projections and Action Plan Management Progress Tracking.
• Providing Technology Implementation Support and analytics leadership.
