Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business or related field, 3+ years in leadership with analytics, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business Admin or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role involving systems applications and/or analytics.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within Mercy footprint MO, AR, OK & KS.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce operations and technology systems within hospital and clinic settings.
• Deliver tools, education, and training to enable operational improvements and analytics.
• Collaborate across departments to drive performance analytics and track improvement plans.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring action plans and performance analytics.
