Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking an on-site Performance Improvement Manager at Missouri Baptist in Sullivan. You will coach executives and teams to apply high reliability practices, lead process improvements, and drive enterprise-wide transformation with measurable ROI.

The role requires a strong project management background, Lean/Six Sigma credentials, and the ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management/operational improvement experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma qualifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach stakeholders on high reliability system implementation and problem solving.
• Lead and mentor teams in Lean, standardization, and process improvement.
• Serve as internal consultant to senior leaders to scope initiatives and drive ROI.
• Facilitate workshops and training to build OE capabilities across the organization.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and results delivery.
