Job summary

South Shore Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Operations Excellence to lead system-wide initiatives from intake through stabilization, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to deliver measurable improvements.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, apply Lean and PI methods, and report to the VP of Operational Excellence. On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. This role also focuses on building PM capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years project management experience managing complex initiatives from inception to completion.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Concurrently manages several large-scale projects and oversees implementation of project plans with stakeholders.
• Defines project scope, duration, resources and cost, and establishes the best approach to achieve objectives.
• Documents current and future-state processes and develops project schedules and reports for leadership.
