The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work across disciplines and with the Lifepoint Health network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
• Experience in staffing, payroll, or human resources preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals, standards, and objectives aligned with the organization’s strategy.
• Manage staff relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Oversee scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor departmental budgets, contracts, and vendor relations to ensure compliance.
• Determine needs for systems/equipment purchases and ensure stock supplies are adequate.
• Foster a supportive environment that promotes professional growth and care continuum.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
