Job summary

Nexion Health, Inc. is seeking a Business Office Manager for the Patterson Healthcare Center in Patterson, Louisiana. This role includes billing, accounts receivable and resident trust fund oversight to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The BOM will work a standard 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday schedule, with benefits including paid time off, early pay options, educational scholarships, and comprehensive health plans for associates and families.

Qualifications

• Billing experience with Medicare/Medicaid in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident trust fund management.

Responsibilities

• Bills facility charges to the payor and collects outstanding receivables.
• Oversees the resident trust fund, including reconciliations and statements to residents or guardians.
