Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist – Leader Experience to design and lead programs that improve the leader experience across our enterprise. This role drives change adoption through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop leadership frameworks, assess capability gaps, and manage learning programs, while aligning with healthcare regulations and organizational goals. Day shift, full-time, Knoxville, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business and Health care or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in organizational development or change management.
• Experience supporting clinical teams or healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional organizational development initiatives that foster a culture of ownership, urgency, innovation and safety.
• Develop and execute enterprise leadership development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish project plans, governance structures, communication strategies, and success metrics.
• Assess leadership capability gaps and recommend targeted development solutions.
• Lead end-to-end management of leadership development programs, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage external vendors, consultants, and learning partners as needed.
• Develop program communications, learning materials, and participant resources.
• Support talent assessment, employee development planning, and leadership readiness initiatives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness efforts that improve team performance, collaboration, and change adoption.
• Lead structured change management initiatives, measure adoption of change initiatives and identify barriers to change and implement mitigation strategies.
