Holy Cross Hospital - Davis is seeking a dedicated food service teammate to support patient meals and retail service in a hospital setting. You will follow menu guidelines, ensure safe food handling, and collaborate with a caring team to deliver excellent patient and guest experiences.

The role involves various kitchen duties, tray assembly, and general cleaning while maintaining high standards of food safety and portion control.

Formación

• One year of food service experience is required.
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• If a Food Handlers Permit is required by local codes, obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve food according to menu and dietary guidelines.
• Assist with cashiering and retail service.
• Assemble, deliver and retrieve patient trays.
• Maintain proper food labeling and portioning.
• Perform dishwashing, cleaning and general sanitation.
• Support inventory and catering duties as needed.
