CVS Health in Virginia is seeking an experienced provider relationship manager responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with facilities, physicians and provider groups within a contractual network.

You will analyze performance, resolve issues, negotiate terms with network providers, and collaborate with finance, operations and customer service to drive network growth and ensure service quality. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare provider relationship management with providers and complex health systems.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with limited supervision.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions and contribute toward shared goals.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple assignments with deadlines and quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes relationships with network providers and fosters open communication.
• Analyzes provider performance and quality indicators, conducts regular assessments for contractual compliance.
• Resolves escalated issues from network providers with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborates with contracting teams to negotiate terms and conditions with providers.
• Develops plans to expand and enhance the network in collaboration with business development.
