CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Provider Relations to support the National Hospital System team. This role manages relationships across physician practices, hospitals, and health systems to drive issue resolution, provider engagement, and network performance.

The ideal candidate brings healthcare operations experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization to improve provider experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations or provider relations.
• Experience working directly with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
• Experience researching and resolving complex operational or provider-related issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Understanding of claims processing, credentialing, provider data management, and reimbursement fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned strategic provider(s).
• Serve as primary contact for provider operational issues, inquiries, and escalations.
• Investigate and resolve provider concerns related to claims, data, credentialing, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and improve provider experience.
• Analyze provider service trends and performance to identify improvements.
• Educate providers on health plan programs and administrative processes.
• Support value-based care initiatives and engagement with VBC managers.
• Assist with network adequacy, provider recruitment, regulatory initiatives.
• Prepare provider-facing materials and leadership updates.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
