Job summary

Revolution Technologies is seeking a Network Manager to guide HIS Network Services in a hospital setting. You will oversee LAN/WAN/VOIP, architect secure solutions, and mentor staff to ensure reliable, scalable network services across the organization.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise networks, VOIP, and unified communications, with a track record of delivering cost-effective, secure IT infrastructure that supports patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 7 years network (LAN/WAN/VOIP) experience.
• 5 years IT management experience in a health or hospital environment.
• 3 years supervising and/or managing unified communications staff.
• Experience monitoring, availability and performance of enterprise networks.
• Experience with VOIP and UC across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and leadership to the HIS Network Services team.
• Supervises IT staff and aligns roles with organizational needs.
• Maintains network diagrams and ensures optimal performance.
• Leads planning and design of network solutions and documents requirements.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define high level network requirements.
• Manages budgets for capital and operating expenses.
• Supports security and nonfunctional requirements across the network.
