Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Medicaid and claims experience.
• Proficient with Excel and SQL.
• Ability to work standard CST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support network ops with results-based programs and initiatives.
• Provide feedback for decisions and innovation strategies.
• Design, load, and audit complex contracts and fee schedules.
• Research, analyze, and audit data to protect contract integrity.
• Offer technical contracting system guidance.
• Coordinate contracting activities and sign-off reviews.
• Mentor junior colleagues in processes and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as needed.
