Job summary

BradenHealth is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for North Campbell Community Hospital in Jellico, TN. This essential role supports hospital operations by maintaining HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems under the Facilities Operations Director.

The position requires hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical work, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Security-related experience is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations is desirable.
• Must have good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and repair hospital heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform mechanical, carpentry and painting duties as directed.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance.
• Repair motors, bearings, seals, shafts, gears and related components.
• Troubleshoot electrical wiring, switches and circuit breakers.
• Maintain lighting, fixtures and distribution systems.
• Assist with unloading supplies and general duties.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety rules.
