Job summary

BradenHealth is hiring a Laboratory Supervisor at North Campbell Community Hospital in Jellico, TN. This essential role oversees daily laboratory operations across chemistry, blood bank, hematology, microbiology, histology, pathology and phlebotomy to support patient care.

The position requires Tennessee Laboratory Personnel license with a supervisor endorsement, 2 years of experience, and BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Medical Laboratory Personnel license with Supervisor endorsement.
• 2 years of experience as Medical Laboratory Personnel required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct professional and nonprofessional lab activities.
• Oversee daily, quarterly audits and maintain accuracy in reporting.
• Communicate with Pathologist and other staff on lab issues.
• Manage scheduling, training and department budget.
• Establish positive working relationships with lab staff.
