Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced distribution or healthcare setting.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including creating, picking, packing, loading, and preparing orders for delivery.
• Ensure efficient flow of products from receipt to delivery for internal and external customers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to teammates during training.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, compliant workspace.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate teamwork, motivation, and ability to work overtime when needed.
• Unload and sort material for stocking or replenishment between locations.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality goals.
• Comply with LEAN and safety requirements and company policies.
