Allegheny Health Network seeks a supply chain/stock clerk to coordinate routine supply needs and provide admin support across Receiving, Distribution, Central Service, Linen, Par Stock, Copy Center and Mailroom. You will monitor inventories and place replenishment orders to maintain adequate stock levels for departments.

Responsibilities include data entry, packing slip verification, and maintaining department statistics.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years’ experience.
• Experience in materials management within a healthcare setting.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates supply needs on a routine/scheduled basis to ensure adequate supply levels.
• Provides administrative support for Receiving, Distribution, Central Service, Linen, Par Stock, Copy Center and Mailroom.
• Interacts with internal and external customers and exchanges information regarding availability of supplies.
• Orders, receives supplies and stocks/delivers to assigned location; verifies packing slips and documents.
• Maintains department statistics including charging departments for stock requests and updating records.
