Job summary

LifeCenter Northwest is seeking a Materials/Inventory Specialist at our Bellevue, WA location. You will support tissue and organ recovery through rigorous materials management, documentation, and inventory control.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, tracking, and distributing clinical supplies, plus preparing supply kits for surgical teams. A valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and material handling.
• Ability to document inspections, logs and purchase orders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical supplies inventory and tracking.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and reconcile materials.
• Prepare supply kits for surgical teams and restock unused supplies.
• Deliver and ship items; ensure proper storage conditions.
