Providence Swedish is seeking an Inventory/Materials Clerk to manage the Materials Service Center in Seattle. You will use MMIS to conduct physical inventories, replenish supply areas, receive stock, and prepare shipments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inventory systems, receiving, warehousing and/or supply distribution using a computerized MMIS in a perpetual inventory system within the previous three years
• Experience in a healthcare environment (preferred)
• Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jack, etc)

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories and replenishment of supply areas
• Receive incoming stock and non-stock freight and parcels and put away inventory items
• Enter data into the MMIS to inventory, pick, deliver and stock products
• Deliver stock and non-stock products to the appropriate department/areas
