Job summary

Medica is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to support day-to-day marketing initiatives, draft content, and assist with campaign execution. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and timely delivery across channels to engage providers, brokers, and employers.

The person will help shape email marketing strategy, manage editorial calendars, and ensure brand and compliance standards are met while contributing to creative briefs and asset production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5 years of work experience beyond degree.
• Experience with social media tools, email platforms, or CMS tools is beneficial.
• Interest in healthcare, member engagement, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop and support email marketing strategy for providers, brokers, and employers—editorial calendar, content drafting, audience segmentation, and performance monitoring.
• Help manage and optimize email workflows, templates, branding, and compliance.
• Help format, draft, and review marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and vendors to support asset creation and delivery.
