DrHouse is seeking a Healthcare Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, handle B2B outreach, CRM hygiene, and campaign execution. You will research prospective health plans and organizations, draft communications, and coordinate events and partnerships.

The role emphasizes strong writing, research, and organizational skills, with hands-on HubSpot experience and experience with Canva/Figma for simple visuals. Hybrid workflows may apply.

Qualificações

• Experience in healthcare marketing is required.
• Excellent written English, research, and communication skills.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required.
• Experience with B2B prospecting, lead research, and email marketing.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve research and productivity, with strong fact-checking and quality control.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through.
• Trustworthy with confidential business information.

Responsabilidades

• B2B prospecting: research health plans, employers, brokers, and healthcare organizations; build ICP-based prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
• HubSpot & campaigns: maintain CRM records, organize contacts, create prospect lists, and support email nurture campaigns.
• Content & PR: distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials; draft outreach emails and customer communications.
• Industry research & events: identify conferences, associations, sponsorships, and partnership prospects; coordinate outreach.
• Reporting: research competitors, maintain trackers, and prepare weekly marketing reports for leadership.
• Creative support: use Canva or Figma for simple graphics and materials.
• Executive support: manage marketing priorities, coordinate meetings, capture action items, and track deadlines.
• Team & vendor coordination: schedule interviews, track deliverables, and organize brand assets.
