Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research health plans, employers, and brokers to build ICP-based prospect lists.
• Maintain CRM records in HubSpot and support email campaigns.
• Distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials; proofread for brand consistency.
• Identify conferences, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports for COO, CEO, and board.
• Create simple graphics with Canva or Figma for campaigns.
• Coordinate executive marketing priorities and schedule.
• Coordinate interviews and contractor deliverables.
