• Identify conferences, sponsorships, partnerships; coordinate outreach.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports for COO, CEO, and board.
• Use Canva or Figma for simple graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate executive marketing priorities, meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews and vendor deliverables; manage files and assets.
