Job summary

Smart Data Solutions seeks a Marketing Content Writing Intern to craft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces in line with our brand voice. You’ll compose LinkedIn posts, social copy, and campaign content for US healthcare payers and TPAs, supporting sales enablement assets and event content.

The role requires strong English writing, research, editing, and proficiency with Word/PowerPoint/Excel. In-office in Dallas, TX, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and basic content tools.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.

Responsibilities

Draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces aligned to Smart Data Solutions' brand voice.
Write LinkedIn posts, social tile copy, and short-form campaign content for US healthcare payers and TPAs.
Support the creation of sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews, and playbooks.
Draft event-related content including invitations, recap emails, on-site signage, and post-event social copy.
Assist with customer marketing content, adoption emails, newsletters, case studies.
Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as a writing assistant.
Perform other duties as assigned.
