Job summary

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management and workflow solutions, is seeking a Marketing Content Writing Intern for the Dallas office. You will draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social posts aligned to the brand voice while supporting sales enablement assets and event content.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing/Communications with strong writing, editing, and research skills, and comfort using AI writing tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces aligned to the brand voice.
• Write LinkedIn posts, social tile copy, and short-form campaign content for the growing audience of US healthcare payers and TPAs.
• Support the creation of sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews, and playbooks.
• Draft event-related content including invitations, recap emails, on-site signage, and post-event social copy.
• Assist with customer marketing content, adoption emails, newsletters, case studies.
• Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as a writing assistant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Marketing Content Writing Intern

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Marketing Content Writing Intern to join our team!

What you’ll be doing?

Content Creation & Writing

• Draft blogs, newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership pieces aligned to Smart Data Solutions' brand voice.
• Write LinkedIn posts, social tile copy, and short-form campaign content for Smart Data Solutions' growing audience of US healthcare payers and TPAs.
• Support the creation of sales enablement assets: battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews, and playbooks.
