• 5-7 years of progressive experience in communications, content development or copywriting.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience developing content for multiple audiences and channels.
• Strong experience with digital marketing communications and social media.
• Proficiency with Canva for graphics, presentations and social content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread marketing content for websites, social media, emails, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and other materials.
• Create engaging messaging that communicates services, accreditation programs, and healthcare quality benefits.
• Translate complex healthcare information into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Develop value-driven messaging highlighting operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial impact of accreditation.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across channels and collaborate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with graphic design and marketing teams to ensure timely, accurate projects.
