Pioneers Medical Center is seeking a Front Desk/Marketing Assistant to warmly greet visitors and help direct them to the right teams. The role also manages day-to-day social media for PMC and Colorado Advanced Orthopedics under the Marketing Director, with responsibilities in copywriting and content creation.

The position emphasizes professional communication, adherence to brand standards, and collaboration with community partners. Evening or weekend events may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or coursework in graphic design, writing, marketing, communications, photography, or social media preferred.
• Event coordination, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or community outreach experience preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, website editing, or basic video editing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, families, visitors, vendors, and community members promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide directions, assist with wayfinding, and connect people with registration, clinic teams, hospital departments, or other contacts.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital services, hours, and resources; keep a reference guide and contact directory.
• Manage day-to-day social media for PMC and CAO under Marketing Director’s direction, including a content calendar and approved posts.
