  • Track outreach activities, patient inquiries, and new patient growth generated through marketing initiatives.
3. Marketing, Branding & Promotions
  • Increase brand recognition and establish the medical center as a trusted healthcare provider within the community.
  • Assist in developing and implementing local marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and community awareness initiatives.
  • Promote the medical center through social media, digital marketing, printed materials, and in-person outreach.
  • Collaborate with management to identify target audiences and marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all outreach and promotional activities.
  • Monitor local market trends, competitors, and community healthcare needs.
4. Event Planning & Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and participate in health fairs, community events, educational workshops, wellness initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, promotional materials, vendors, community partners, and attendance.
  • Develop relationships with organizations to secure participation in local events and health-related initiatives.
  • Represent the medical center at events while engaging attendees and providing information about available services.
  • Evaluate event performance, track prospective patient interest, and conduct appropriate follow-up activities.
5. Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with insurance agents, brokers, community leaders, local businesses, and healthcare organizations.
  • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships that strengthen the medical center's community presence.
  • Maintain regular communication with established partners to identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Coordinate educational presentations, office visits, and networking opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for community partners and marketing-related inquiries.
  • Ensure all outreach and referral relationships comply with applicable healthcare regulations and company policies.
