• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Plan and direct the facility's marketing and public relations programs to increase census and inform the community.
• Maintain privacy-compliant information release policies for residents and staff.
• Coordinate with department directors to implement marketing policies and procedures.
• Review marketing policies annually and propose updates.
• Develop and track customer satisfaction surveys and report results.
• Coordinate with media to share positive developments and new programs.
• Prepare and manage the departmental operating budget with the Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure privacy compliance.
• Organize internal communications and staff training related to marketing and PR.
