Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is helping a premier healthcare growth partner hire a Marketing Account Executive to join its Clearwater, FL headquarters. You will manage a focused portfolio of healthcare practice clients, convert inbound leads, and present full-funnel digital marketing solutions at live conferences and on-site summits.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in consultative B2B sales or account management within marketing or agency services, plus a marketing or business degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional B2B sales experience.
• 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or account management in marketing, media, or DSOs.
• Knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals including paid search, organic optimization, and lead attribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand an assigned portfolio of healthcare practice clients through cross-selling and retention.
• Convert inbound leads via a round-robin model and close deals on-site.
• Conduct discovery calls and consultative presentations with practice owners.
• Drive attendance and ticket sales for monthly education workshops and national conferences.
• Present digital growth solutions including video assets, websites, SEO, and paid media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client retention and measurable ROI.
