Tenet Physician Resources Massachusetts seeks a Market Director of Practice Operations to oversee physician employed practices, drive operational excellence, and model the organization’s Mission, Vision and Values. Travel to Framingham, Northborough, and Natick, MA is required.

The role focuses on budgets, HR and finance oversight, regulatory compliance, and strengthening physician relationships while achieving pro-forma targets and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice, including HR and finance responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated skill using MS Office products including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• Strong leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and site/cost center based management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
• Ability to apply policies to solve everyday problems and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee market operations for physician employed practices and align with organizational Mission, Vision and Values.
• Manage Market Operations Managers and ensure practices meet pro-forma expectations and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with hospital A-Teams to review budgets and implement opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, Medi Cal, DHS and other agencies as appropriate.
• Develop goals and objectives for the market and identify new revenue streams and cost-saving methods.
• Maintain positive physician relationships while balancing financial targets and patient care quality.
