Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.
• Experience in market research methodologies (primary/secondary, surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis).
• Understanding of healthcare market structures, reimbursement models, and regulatory environments related to medical devices and technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee primary and secondary market research to understand HCP and patient needs and preferences.
• Design, develop and maintain statistical and econometric models to project market growth and product adoption.
• Identify, source and analyze historical and current healthcare market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with insights, data analytics, marketing, sales, product development, and operations teams to align forecasts with strategy.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards and presentations for executives highlighting forecast accuracy and implications.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Test forecast accuracy, refine models and ensure relevance to evolving conditions.
