Ipsos seeks a Forecaster – Healthcare Market Research to blend healthcare device/tech know-how with forecasting analytics. You will design models, analyze market data, and deliver insights to guide strategic decisions across healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SPSS, SAS) and data analysis tools.
• Experience in market research methodologies (primary/secondary, surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis).
• Understanding of healthcare market structures, reimbursement models, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: oversee primary and secondary research on HCP and patient needs, competitors, and dynamics.
• Forecasting & Modeling: design and maintain statistical/econometric models to project market growth and product adoption.
• Data Analysis: source and analyze historical healthcare market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaboration: work with insights, data analytics, marketing, sales, product development, and healthcare operations teams.
• Reporting: prepare dashboards and reports for executives, highlighting forecast accuracy and implications.
• Competitive Intelligence: monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
• Model Validation: test forecast accuracy and refine models as conditions evolve.
